Now, it may seem like an awful lot of fuss, creating David Berg hot dogs the way we do. For one thing, we insist on using only lean, protein-rich bull meat. It gives our hot dogs their famous color and bite. They're also fully cooked in natural hickory smoke and seasoned to a secret family recipe. And even though most of our competitors have gone to outside co-packers, we insist on manufacturing David Berg products in our own state-of-the-art facility where we can personally ensure safe handling and consistent quality.
